The staff was amicable, I stayed for 2 nights.

We had a fully-equipped studio suite with bathroom, TV, as example. The hotel was close to the beach and so close to Iut School Nice.

The employees were affable and offered good services. I had a good time at this hotel and can't wait to come back.

I had a great experience staying at a small apartment in Cannes. The Residhotel offered a clean, cosy room with a beautiful view from the window. The staff was nice and kind, and the location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby and a nice sand beach just a short walk away. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a bathroom, small kitchen, and closet. it was a perfect stay for my work trip.

The room had good facilities (kitchenette), in a good location bus stop to Cannes just outside the hotel.

Cleanliness of the room, and the bed was very uncomfortable along with the pillows. Would not stay here again, unless desperate for accommodation!

The room came with a kitchen and a private bathroom. The TV worked. We were located right next to the elevator, but the room was still very quiet. Very close to a sandy beach.

The water from the shower would flood the bathroom and even go into the room. Also, it didn't look or feel very clean. The reception desk is not open on Sundays and doesn't open until 8am on Weekdays, so if you have an early appointment it gets very complicated if you need to check-out. We also had to bring out our own trash before we left, and fold and carry down our linens to the reception area. If we didn't do this they would fine us. And they don't tell you this information...we luckily read it in the elevator on our way to check-out.

I recently stayed at Residhotel for the Cannes yacht festival and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sea, and the price was very reasonable. The hotel is peaceful at night, making it a great place to rest after a long day. Getting around was a breeze with buses 1, 2, and A taking me to the city and the train station. The staff was professional and helpful, even when I got locked out one night. I have nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located in an area with a lot of facilities around: restaurants, shops, ... there is even a market. And the beach is only a few minutes walk away

The appartment is tiny and there is no room for almost anything. If your car is bigger than usual you can't park it in the hotel parking and it won't always be esasy to find a park space near the hotel.

Cheap and big size unit with a fan, queen bed and TV.

It is a straightforward property located in Cannes La Bocca district close to centre, bars, supermarkets and transportation and supermarket, far Of the center about 20mins By bus. The superior studio is great-sized and has central heating, a multi-channel television, and a dining area. The staff are nice and amicable, the location is exceptionally nice!
